Privacy Policy

This policy covers theaetas.app and the Aetās waitlist. If you join the waitlist, the only thing collected is your email address. Nothing else, and nothing about you is sold or shared for advertising.
The Aetās app is not covered here. The iPhone app has not been released. When it launches it will have its own privacy policy describing on-device data. Screen time data stays on your phone and is never transmitted.
Who is responsible
Aetās is built by Besart, an independent developer based in North Macedonia. For any question about your data, write to contact@theaetas.app.
What is collected, and why

There is no account, no password, no name field, and no tracking of your behaviour across other websites.
Cookies
This site sets no cookies and uses no cookie-based tracking. That is why there is no cookie banner. Visitor numbers come from Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts page views without cookies and without building a profile of individual visitors.
Who processes your data
- Cloudflare, Inc. hosts this site and stores waitlist entries. Servers may be located outside your country, including in the United States.
- Loops sends the waitlist emails and holds your address for that purpose. Loops is based in the United States.
Both are bound by contract to process data only as instructed. Neither is permitted to use your address for their own purposes. If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, these transfers rely on Standard Contractual Clauses.
How long it is kept
Until Aetās launches and you have been invited, or until you ask for removal, whichever comes first. If the project is abandoned, the list is deleted and you will be told.
Your rights
Wherever you live, you can ask for a copy of what is held about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. If you are in the EEA or UK, you also have the right to restrict or object to processing, to receive your data in a portable format, and to complain to your national data protection authority.
Every email includes a one-click unsubscribe link, which removes you from the list entirely. You can also write to contact@theaetas.app and it will be handled within 30 days.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS. Waitlist entries are stored in an access-controlled database. No system is perfect, so if something goes wrong, affected people will be notified directly and promptly.
Children
Aetās is not directed at children under 16, and the waitlist is not intended for them. If a child's address has been submitted, write in and it will be deleted.
Changes
If this policy changes in a way that affects how your data is used, everyone on the list will be emailed before the change takes effect. The date at the top always reflects the current version.
